Our esteemed client, Zonasha Estates & Projects flagged off their upcoming Commercial Development project with a Bhoomi Puja at the site. The ploughing of land is a symbolic start for a harmonious and prosperous construction venture. Zonasha is a premier real estate developer committed to building high quality villas and apartments and is synonymous with visionary architectural endeavours.
As architects, Aedium’s role extended beyond the physical aspects of construction. We worked closely with our client to integrate the required dimensions and elements of the ceremony into the architectural plan. The orientation of the structure, the choice of materials and even the design elements were curated to align with the ceremony.
The purpose of the event was further enhanced with community participation which was a unifying force in bringing together project stakeholders, local communities, and Aedium’s Architectural team for the project. It added a layer of shared responsibility, fostering a sense of connection to the land and the construction process.
