Job Summary
Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business development efforts to acquire new clients, enhance brand visibility and achieve business targets to meet company business objectives.
Key Responsibility
Responsible for improving company's market position and maximizing financial growth.
Responsible for driving business development efforts and strategies to screen potential business opportunities, acquire new clients, increase market share and maximize client retention.
Generating Leads from Existing Contacts, Cold Calling potential Clients, Networking.
Attending business meetings with potential clients to convert leads to opportunities.
Preparation of business proposals, Submissions, attending tender and bid meetings.
Market trend and competition analysis
Preparation of presentation for business development activities.
Developing and implementing BD processes, structures, and best practices.
Reporting on success and areas of improvement by preparing reports on monthly basis.
Representing Aedium Design in the market and key networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Providing feedback and market requirements to the management to improve market competitiveness.
Partnering with Studio directors, taking part in project pitches and presentations to meet client needs and expectations.
Desired Skills:
Graduate or undergraduate degree in Business Development/Marketing /Architecture/Engineering
12 - 15 yrs of business development experience in Architecture firms
Ability to convert client relationships into opportunities for the business
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to bring in a structure where missing
Exceptional leadership skills and an approachable individual
