Knowledge of Heat lead, Cost estimation, Preparation of DBR
3 to 5 years of working experience in HVAC Design on different kind of Projects, such as Hospitals/Commercial/Hotel/Residence,Industrial and Pharma projects, etc.
Should have Knowledge of ASHRAE / ISHRAE / NBC / NFPA / MOEF, IGBC, LEED, Local /International Codes.
Should have working Knowledge of HAP software.
Should be able to do Heat Load Calculations, Ventilation& Life Safety Calculations.
Should be able to do Pressure Loss Calculations, Air Balancing Calculations.
Should have Knowledge of HVAC High Side System selection& Sizing.
Should have working Knowledge of Duct Design/Chilled Water piping Design.
Should have knowledge of VEF system design, Variable Pumping system design
HVAC BOQ, Initial & Final HVAC Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis.
Familiar with Green building Codes
Should be able to attend meeting with the Client.
Should be able to manage the team of Engineers and Draftsman.
Should have drafting knowledge in AutoCAD.
Revit Knowledge will be added advantage.
