Key Responsibility
Build and maintain client relations.
Participation in the design process.
Responsible for project schedule and budget.
Work on multiple healthcare/Hospital projects.
Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
Ability to handle multiple projects with diligence and commitment.
Oversee the work done by assistant project manager and draftsperson.
Coordination of project team’s work and the delivery of the projects assigned.
Manage people on the team and their expectations, review and handle the team accordingly.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Senior Project Manager/Studio Director/Director.
Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, construction team and other stakeholders involved in projects.
Desired Skills:
12 to 16 years of experience with insightful experience in handling healthcare/hospital projects
Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM360
Strong Communication and Design Skills
Bachelor or master’s degree in Architecture
